The trophy above was the last one I got at a tournamant. It was held at the Serangoon Garden Country Club in 1995 - ie fifteen years ago! Yes, that was fun. The champion that year was Prof Lim Kok Ann.

All other trophies (in those days: silver cups) won at tournaments in the Singapore Chess Club at YMCA, Orchard Road, are lost in the mists of time.
ReplyDeleteI was active as a Class 2 player in the club in the 60s. I remember having tied with Albert Lee for the first spot in a Classs 2 Championship then.
